“Funny tough, [...] Barbarina's cute little aria is a highlight here. The way Veronika Loy, here playing a clever, slightly gruff, extremely independent Barbarina, regrets having lost the oh-so-important pin that sealed the letter to the Count, is very funny and shines in wonderfully cold colors. Like a small, beautiful glacier.”
Egbert Tholl, Süddeutsche Zeitung
